Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Trend Watchers, LLC ("Trend Watchers," "we," "us," or "our") handles payments made for CashCowCRM (the "Service"). It's part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

1. No Refunds

All payments to CashCowCRM — including subscription fees, upgrades, add-ons, and any other charges — are non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether you use the Service during the billing period, and regardless of the reason for wanting a refund, except where we say otherwise below or where required by law.

2. Free Trial & Cancellation

If you're on a free trial, you won't be charged as long as you cancel before the trial ends. Once a paid billing period has started, that charge is final. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing; cancellation does not retroactively refund the current or any past billing period, and you'll keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

3. When We Issue Credit

We may issue account credit, at our discretion, in situations such as:

• A billing error on our part (for example, being charged twice, or charged the wrong amount);
• An extended Service outage that materially prevented you from using CashCowCRM;
• Other circumstances we determine, in good faith, warrant a credit.

Credit is applied to your CashCowCRM account and reduces the amount you owe on future invoices. Issuing credit in one instance doesn't obligate us to do so again, and doesn't change the no-refund policy above.

4. How to Request a Credit

Email dejon@trendwatchers.co with your account email, the billing date in question, and a short description of the issue. We'll review the request and let you know our decision, generally within a few business days.

5. Credit Terms

• Credit has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for a payment to your card or bank account;
• Credit can only be applied to future CashCowCRM subscription charges on the account it was issued to;
• Credit is forfeited if you close or transfer your account, unless we agree otherwise;
• We may set an expiration date on issued credit, which we'll disclose to you when the credit is granted.

6. Legal Exceptions

Where applicable law gives you a right to a refund that can't be waived by contract, we'll honor that right to the extent required. Nothing in this policy limits any right you may have under the laws of the State of Utah or another jurisdiction that applies to you.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
